Helpful Details For Support
If an upload portal rejects your image, copy the exact rejection message and send the required width, height, file type, and maximum size. If a browser issue occurs, mention your device type, browser name, and whether the problem happened while uploading, cropping, compressing, converting to PDF, or downloading.
Screenshots of the error dialog (without sensitive personal data) are often more useful than sending the original identity document.
